The Phelps County Disaster Committee wishes to develop a Medical Reserve Corps that could be called upon in the event of a county emergency. If you are a medical professional and would like to help your county, plan now to attend an informational meeting to learn more. Gary Brown, the Regional Medical Reserve Corps Coordinator for US EPA Region VII, will offer ideas for forming an MRC.
