Phelps County PHA Closed May 20—22 for Staff Training
ST. JAMES—The Phelps County PHA, the local HUD housing agency located at 4 Industrial Drive in St. James, will be closed May 20, 21 and 22 for staff training. The offices will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, May 25, 2009.
