1. Call to Order: Roberta Berger, Chairman

2. Approval of Minutes: December 21, 2006 meeting

3. Financial Report: Approval of May 2007 financials and FY 2007-2008 budget

   1. MRPC Contract: The MRPC contract for services will expire on 6/30/07. The committee will be asked to approve a new contract for FY 2007-08. Board Action Required.
   2. Election of Officers: The Bylaws state that officers must be elected annually in June. Current officers are: Chairman—Roberta Berger, Vice Chairman—Bruce Sassmann and Secretary/Treasurer—George Stratman. No officer can hold the same office for more than three consecutive terms. These officers have all served three terms in their current position. Board Action Required
   3. Owensville IDA: The Owensville IDA dissolved in 1992, leaving a fund balance of around $2,000. The organization’s last President, Roxanna Reifer, will speak to the committee about the possible transfer of this money to the Gasconade County IDA.
   4. Community Reports: Bobbie Berger of Owensville will report on activities in the community and discuss potential involvement of the IDA.
