II. Presentation and Discussion on an Enhanced Enterprise Zone for Belle, Bland and Owensville
and their respective counties of Maries, Osage and Gasconade. —Bonnie Prigge, MRPC
Local elected officials have been invited to discuss whether interest exists to pursue a joint
application.
III. Review and approval of minutes (Action needed on minutes from the September meeting.)
IV. Financials and Administrative Report—Bonnie Prigge,
Staff will update the board on events since the September meeting. Items to be discussed include:
• Financial report (Action needed on financials.).
• Update on website development.
• Proposed budget for 2008
• Appointment of nominating committee for 2008 officers
V. Third-part Financial Review Report—Bonnie Prigge
Bonnie will share the report from Kim Staley, who was hired to review GVEZs books.
VI. Transportation/GO 50 Update—Jim Decker/Bonnie Prigge
Bonnie will update the board on the results of the Nov. 19 MoDOT meeting on Amendment 3 projects and statewide priorities.
VII. Community/Economic Development Update/ Board Member Reports:
Time is set aside for board members to give updates on items of interest.
VIII. Upcoming Meetings
Tentative meeting schedule for 2008 will be reviewed. Next meeting will be in January.
