The Housing Advisory Board of the Phelps County PHA will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2007 at the MRPC office, #4 Industrial Drive, St. James, Missouri 65559.
                      
AGENDA

  1.    Approval of Minutes:  Ron Jost, Vice-Chairman

        
         October 12, 2006 minutes are enclosed.

It is recommended that the minutes be reviewed before the meeting so they may be approved without reading.

 

  1. Welcome newly elected Commissioners:  Linda Hollandsworth, HPM will present new Commissioners with a copy of the Administrative Plan for the Phelps County PHA.

 

3.      Election of Officers: Ron Jost, Vice-Chairman

All officers shall be elected by the board and shall serve for a term of one (1) year until their successors are elected and shall have qualified. The Fiscal Year of the Board shall be July 1 to June 30. At each election, the Vice-Chairman would become Chairman, the Secretary would become Vice-Chairman, and a new Secretary would be elected. Present officers are:  Jim Biggs Chairman, Ron Jost Vice-Chairman, and Secretary Randy Verkamp.

It is recommended that nominations be made and a Chairman, Vice-chairman and a Secretary be elected.

 

4.      Utilization of Housing Assistance Payments:  Linda Hollandsworth, HPM

Linda will bring the Board up-to-date on the number of families assisted and the amount of housing assistance payments for each of the six counties.

 

  1. Family Self-Sufficiency Action Plan Update:  Linda Hollandsworth, HPM

Linda will bring the Board up-to-date on changes made to the FSS Action Plan.
