The Housing Advisory Board of the Phelps County PHA will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at the MRPC office, #4 Industrial Drive, St. James, Missouri 65559.

Approval of Minutes: Ron Jost, Chairman
March 8, 2007 minutes are enclosed.
It is recommended that the minutes be reviewed before the meeting so they may be approved without reading.
Election of Officers: Ron Jost, Chairman
All officers shall be elected by the board and shall serve for a term of one (1) year until their successors are elected and shall have qualified. The Fiscal Year of the Board shall be July 1 to June 30. At each election, the Vice-Chairman would become Chairman, the Secretary would become Vice-Chairman, and a new Secretary would be elected. Present officers are: Ron Jost Chairman, Randy Verkamp Vice-Chairman, and Ray Schwartze Secretary.
It is recommended that nominations be made and a Chairman, Vice-chairman and a Secretary be elected.
Utilization of Housing Assistance Payments: Linda Hollandsworth, HPM
Linda will bring the Board up-to-date on the number of families assisted and the amount of housing assistance payments for each of the six counties for the FY2006-2007.
