October 11, 2007 minutes are enclosed.
It is recommended that the minutes be reviewed before the meeting so they may be approved without reading.
Housing Assistance Payments: Linda Hollandsworth, HPM
Linda will bring the board up-to-date on the number of families assisted and the amount of housing assistance payments for each of the six counties.
One Year Streamlined Annual Plan: Linda Hollandsworth, HPM
Phelps County PHA is required to submit a One Year Streamlined Annual Plan for FY 2008. A copy of the FY 2008 Streamlined Plan is enclosed.
It is recommended the plan be reviewed prior to the meeting and the proposed plan be approved.
