Ray Schwartze called the March 13, 2008 meeting of the Phelps County PHA Housing Advisory Board to order at 5:28 p.m. The meeting was held at the Meramec Regional Planning Commission.

Robert Reed made a motion to approve the minutes from the August 9, 2007 meeting. It was seconded by Ed Worley. The motion carried.
Linda Hollandsworth brought the board up to date on the number of families assisted and the amount of housing assistance payments for all 6 counties for the FY 2007-2008.
The Housing Advisory Board reviewed the One Year Streamlined Annual Plan for FY 2008. Ron Jost made a motion to approve the Plan. It was seconded by Darrell Skiles. The motion carried.
Linda Hollandsworth reviewed a memorandum sent to the Housing Advisory Board regarding an applicant by the name of Jacqueline Nolte. The board agreed with Linda’s decision to put the applicant on the waiting list.
Linda Hollandsworth informed the Housing Advisory Board that the PHA raised the minimum TTP from zero to $50. This will save the PHA approximately $20,000 in a 12 month period.
Linda Hollandsworth informed the Housing Advisory Board that the PHA is looking into direct deposits for housing assistance payments.
Linda Hollandsworth introduced Linda Vogt to the Housing Advisory Board. She is the PHA’s new administrative assistant.
Robert Reed made a motion to adjourn at 5:47 p.m. It was seconded by Ron Jost. The motion carried.
