| This non-profit group offers two gap financing loan programs to new and expanding businesses and industries in a six-county area. These are the Meramec Region's Revolving Loan Fund loans and the Small Business Administration's 504 program. In April 1994, MRDC became a Certified Development Corporation for the six-county area wich allows it to package SBA loans. Previously and since 1982, this was done for at 11-county area - which included Meramec's six countes - by the Central Ozarks Development, Inc. (This organization now serves only the five Lake Ozark counties.) |
