Housing assistance applications accepted April 1, 15 in St. James; April 14 in Potosi
ST. JAMES—The Phelps County Public Housing Agency continues to take applications to help area families pay rent. The PHA will accept applications on three days in April, including two dates at its St. James office and one date at its Potosi satellite office.
Applications will be accepted at the St. James office from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 1 and April 15 The St. James office is located at Meramec Regional Planning Commission (MRPC), 4 Industrial Drive, St. James.
Persons in Washington County can meet with housing staff and complete applications from 9 to 11 a.m. April 14 at the Washington County Library, 235 E. High St., Potosi.
Persons may visit www.meramecregion.org and click on the Phelps County Housing Agency link to print an application, fill it out, and bring it with them toeither PHA location. All adults must sign the application prior to submitting.
The Phelps County PHA is an Equal Opportunity Housing Agency that offers rentalassistance to very low-income families in Crawford, Dent, Gasconade, Maries, Washington counties, and Phelps County, outside the city of Rolla.
