The Meramec Region Recovery Alliance will create, improve and expand the resources in the target service area by: (1) developing and implementing a consortium to achieve collective impact and conduct ongoing evaluation and assessment, (2) coordinating prevention activities to provide a more consistent message throughout all aspects of the community (healthcare, education, law enforcement, etc.), (3) coordinating treatment to provide a more consistent message throughout all aspects of the community, and (4) adapting and activating the operation of an evidence-informed care coordination model to mitigate substance abuse barriers and connect patients with a social network of resources that complement addiction recovery.
