In April 1994, MRDC became a Certified Development Corporation. This nonprofit group offers gap financing loan programs to new and expanding businesses and industries in a eight-county area. Financing products include the Meramec Region’s Revolving loan Fund loans, the USDA intermediary Relending Program and CDBG’s microloan program.
