ST. JAMES—The Phelps County Public Housing Agency office will close March 23-25 for staff training.

The office will reopen at 8 a.m. March 26 and will resume regular hours at that time.

The next day applications will be accepted is April 8 at the St. James office location and April 14 at the Potosi satellite office.

The Phelps County PHA is an Equal Opportunity Housing Agency that offers rentalassistance to very low-income families in Crawford, Dent, Gasconade, Maries, Washington counties, and Phelps County, outside the city of Rolla.
